Interesting. If they are saying that weather modification is striving toward making cloudy days blue, then for certain the reverse of that is true. Weather Modification and aerosol mitigation is beyond questioning on whether they do it or not, and if the Chinese are doing it, you can be 100% certain the US has been doing it for years. What really amazes me is how the Government and Corporations doing Geo-Engineering tried so hard to disprove anything is going on.
