The spraying over Western New York for the past two months has been massive, and the spraying within the past two weeks has been AWESOME, to put it mildly! I've very rarely seen such aggressive spraying kept up for such a long time! Last Monday I can honestly say, was just about the WORST that I've ever seen it here in all of my 4+ years in observing the chemtrails. Weather modification, and the spraying of biological and chemical agents on the populace are the two main programs we now believe that are being carried out on us, but there are also other programs going on as well. This thread will deal with the weather modification aspect of the chemtrails here in Western New York, as well as in other areas, as the concensus among many of us here is that they are in the process of inducing another drought for this region. It's pretty bad here, but just to our south, down in Pennsylvania, it's a LOT WORSE. We will be focusing on this situation here for as long as they keep our rain turned off. So far for the year, here in Western New York our precipitation is an inch and a half BELOW NORMAL. This is SUPPOSED to be our RAINY SEASON here... at least according to Mother Nature it is. Instead, things are dry as a bone, the smaller brooks and streams have, or are on the verge of drying up, the woods are tinderbox dry, and there has already been one forest fire down in the Italy Valley region, down near the Finger Lakes. They're calling for some rain tomorrow, and then again on Saturday, but with all the weather modification spraying being done here these past two months, and especially over the past two weeks, I sincerely have my doubts. We have had virtually NO RAIN for the past two weeks, and the massive spraying here has coincided with this time frame EXACTLY! Rainfall totals, and other data for tomorrow and Saturday's "Rainfall Events" will be given here. If they don't permit it to rain here soon, I'll have to start in with the facts and figures once again. In the meantime, we are keeping a very close eye on the Drought Monitor. www.drought.unl.edu/dm/monitor.htmlFollowing the weather data and spraying activity over North America very carefully, unfortunately, this drought WAS EXPECTED.

Even our local weather forecasters are now mentioning how dry it is here now, and how much we need some rain.
They are still calling for rain this afternoon and into the early evening, although at present we have a sick, bizarre looking sky up above. They're calling for rain today, but what they're doing to our sky at present makes me have my doubts. I'll post our totals here, both official and from my rain gauge, as soon as the information is available.
As of this morning, we are now 1.55 inches BELOW NORMAL here for the year.

Also, looks like we won't be getting any rain up here in Rochester/Western New York today either... the forecasters have just cancelled it!!! There were a few rain showers heading in our direction earlier, but they just fell apart according to the doppler radar images. Presently it's cloudy here with a cold front pushing through... but unfortunately... NO RAIN!

Still NO RAIN here, it is very, very dry, and overall, the spraying has been moderate to heavy. We now have to fill our bird bath on a daily basis, and at night, all sorts of very thirsty wildlife come to our watering station. This is extremely unusual for this time of the year, as April, May and June are, according to Mother Nature, and to our local weather statistics, one of our two wet seasons. Is this growing drought man-made and intentional? If you ask me, from all of my research and observations, I'd sure say that it is! When you put the drought monitor into the "12-week animation mode", you can easily see that this thing is growing as the season progresses. www.drought.unl.edu/dm/monitor.htmlAs of today, the yearly precipitation for the Rochester, NY region of Western NY is officially 1.72 inches BELOW NORMAL. The yearly precipitation for the New York City, Jersey City Region and lower Hudson Valley, as of today, stands at 2.51 inches BELOW NORMAL. They're calling for rain showers here on Wednesday, and a steadier rainfall for Thursday. We are monitoring this situation very closely, and will post the data for the event beginning on Wednesday.

Hosepipes banned by Thames Water The South East has experienced its driest period for more than 80 years Britain's biggest water company will ban hosepipes and sprinklers from next month, the firm has announced. Thames Water, whose eight million customers will be affected by the ban, says two unusually dry winters have caused "serious" water shortages. The ban is the first in 15 years for the firm, which operates across the Thames Valley, in London, and from Kent to Gloucestershire. Hosepipe bans are already in place throughout much of south-east England. Graph of rainfall totals 2004-06 against UK average rainfall Thames Water's announcement follows decisions by Sutton and East Surrey Water, South East Water, Southern Water, Mid Kent Water, and Cholderton and District Water to ban hosepipes. The drought across the South-East has now gone on for so long that we have to be prudent Jeremy Pelczer Send us your comments And earlier this month, ministers granted Folkestone and Dover Water the power to install compulsory metering in homes it serves. Other firms are considering similar applications. Thames Water chief executive Jeremy Pelczer said the decision had not been taken lightly. "The drought across the South East has now gone on for so long that we have to be prudent and introduce measures that will make best use of limited supplies and help protect the environment," he said. Mr Pelczer said the move would "lessen the likelihood of more stringent restrictions later", but much depended on rainfall levels. The ban comes despite the latest figures for water storage showing Thames Water reservoirs to be 96% full - the second fullest in the country. "Our reservoirs are okay," a spokesman told the BBC News website. "Where we've got the problem is with the low water levels in the aquifers." Aquifers - also known as ground reservoirs - are underground layers of rock that collect water. The spokesman said aquifers provided "a significant" amount of Thames Water's supply. Agency support The South East has had two consecutive winters with below-average rainfall. The period between November 2004 and January 2006 was the driest for more than 80 years, surpassing even the notable drought of 1974-76. Thames Water is acting responsibly by introducing a hosepipe ban at this time Environment Agency A spokesman for the Environment Agency supported the Thames Water's move, saying it had "acted responsibly by introducing a hosepipe ban at this time". And Andrew Marsh, of the Consumer Council for Water, said imposing hosepipe bans was a "sensible precaution". "Consumers will support the ban, but the problem with Thames Water is that they have a pretty poor record with leakage." Darren Johnson, chair of the London Assembly's Environment Committee, was also critical of the company's record. "Thames Water, Ofwat and the Government have got to agree a long-term investment strategy to repair and replace London's crumbling mains system as a matter of urgency," he said. Thames Water is currently spending £1bn replacing Victorian pipes, which are estimated to leak around a third of water travelling from reservoirs to homes. news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/4799446.stm

Still NO RAIN here. We're now at 1.88 inches BELOW NORMAL for the season.
Our forecasters are now calling for a good rainfall here on Wednesday night/Thursday, and with off and on rainfall right through Sunday... a "decent dose of rain", as one of our local weather "personalities" put it last night. I'll believe it when I see it!
Rainfall totals will be posted.
New York City/Jersey City/Lower Hudson Valley region now stands at a big 2.82 inches BELOW NORMAL for the season.

Doppler radar shows that they have pretty much just destroyed the first wave of rain that we were supposed to get from this weather system. Showers and thunderstorms were predicted for this morning, but nothing more than a few drops, not even enough to wet the bottom of my rain gauge!
Our forecasters have pretty much promised us a good soaking rain for tonight and tomorrow morning, along with off and on rain right through Tuesday, so hopefully, they won't destroy tonight's much needed rainfall as well. More rainfall data and information will be made available after tonights rain, as well as into the weekend and through Tuesday.
According to the National Weather Service, this is the driest spring that we have had here in 29 years! Also, according to my own records, this is the worst spring for chemtrail spraying that I have seen here since I started observing the aerosol spraying four years ago.

At noon today, the latest forecast calls for rain, heavy at times, for later this afternoon and tonight. This is confirmed by the latest doppler radar images, as a large band of rain and heavy thunderstorms, being spun off from the large low pressure system presently over the mid/upper Great Lakes, is approaching Western New York from the west. Satellite images and doppler radar loops confirm this. By all rights, we should have a LOT of rain here this afternoon and this evening. This should be EXTREMELY interesting!
2006 precipitation for Western New York to date... 2.05 inches BELOW NORMAL
This data is the latest from the National Weather Service.

Here is the latest precipitation data from the National Weather Service for Western New York:
Yesterday/Last Night's Precipitation................... .60 inch
Precipitation for the year to date....................... 9.13 inches Normal for the year to date.............................10.67 inches Precipitation deficit for the year.........................1.54 inches
Precipitation for Western New York is presently 1.54 inches BELOW NORMAL
The large area of low pressure is still presently spinning around over the upper Great Lakes, and spawning off "waves" of precipitation that, according to our forecasters, should affect our region right through Thursday/Friday of next week. During this period the low pressure will gradually move eastward, and as it does, it will (hopefully) bring more much needed rainfall to the northeast in it's track... that is... IF... those who are running the weather modification program have it in their plans that the Northeast receive ANY of this much needed precipitation that is now being forcast to soak our still dry region. (Even after last night's rainfall, the water table is STILL extremely low here!)
As we are presently still in a severe rainfall deficit mode here, and because we have absolutely NO IDEA what these people who are controling our weather have planned for us, we will continue to supply weather data and details during this time period. The feeling amongst "those in the know" here... "those" who know something about the weather and the "covert" weather modification programs presently being conducted, is that if left to herself, Mother Nature would furnish us with a LOT of precipitation over the next seven days or so, and make up for this rainfall deficit. Unfortunately, since this is not the case anymore, and Mother Nature is no longer in control of her weather, we will be monitoring this situation extremely closely, and will be reporting details and giving data when they become available. We are hoping that those who are now controlling our weather will realize that their artificially induced droughts are counter productive for EVERYONE, and will see to it that this rainfall deficit is corrected within the coming week.
We will be watching... VERY CLOSELY.

Extremely strange weather, to put it mildly!!! The worst flooding in New England in the last 60 years has just taken place, while just to the west, in Western New York and surrounding regions, conditions are extremely dry, verging on, if not outright drought. Rainfall for the year here is around two inches below normal! This is all the result of weather modification, the result of small minds who, in the overall scheme of things, don't have a clue as to what they are doing.

From everything that I've been reading lately, we really did a job on the upper atmosphere of our planet from the mid-1940's through, and into the 1960's, with all those 2000+ nuclear explosions, "tests", some conducted at extremely high altitudes, that were set off both by the United States and the Soviet Union, not to mention Great Britain, France and China, during the "Cold War". I'm sure that THIS period of insanity alone had some sort of drastic effect on our climate and weather worldwide! nuclearweaponarchive.org/Usa/Tests/index.htmlBetween 16 July 1945 and 23 September 1992 the United States of America conducted (by official count) 1054 nuclear tests, and two nuclear attacks. The number of actual nuclear devices (aka "bombs") tested, and nuclear explosions is larger than this, but harder to establish precisely. Some devices that were tested failed to produce any noticeable explosion (some by design, some not), other "tests" (by official definition) were actually multiple device detonations. It is not clear whether all multiple device tests have yet been identified, and enumerated. www.thebulletin.org/article_nn.php?art_ofn=mj95norrisRussia has yet to publish a definitive list of all of its tests, but some new information has been supplied to the authors about aspects of their test program. According to this private information, the Soviet Union/Russia has conducted approximately 1,100 discrete device detonations. Another interesting item related to our weather... If you look very carefully at the very high altitude chemical clouds with a GOOD PAIR of POLARIZED SUNGLASSES..., on occasion... you can actually observe these "clouds" PULSATING at just about exact one-second intervals, as if some massive source of high energy were being coursed through them! I've seen this a number of times over the past four years. What exactly is going on here, I have absolutely no idea, but I'm sure that while this is happening above the skies over Western New York, and perhaps the rest of the skies over all of North America as well, I have a very unsettling feeling that the huge HAARP electrical generators way up in Alaska are firing away overtime as well! Just last weekend my doctor told me that there is now an epidemic of skin cancer and damage to the eyes, especially cataracts, now being reported and being treated. This, according to him, is ALL due to the increased ultra-violet radiation now filtering through our upper atmosphere from the sun, caused by man-made damage to the ozone, and other atmospheric layers that would normally protect us and the environment from hazards such as these. I guess this is what happens when little minds try and fool around, for their own limited purposes and agendas, with an ancient process that has been going on, literally, for billions of years!

Very, very dry here once again...
Here are just a few random samples taken throughout this region. Keep in mind, the spraying, including MASSIVE aerosol drift-over chemical overcasts, originating from regions mainly to our west, have been just AWESOME since January 1st... (Virtually NO SNOW this winter, here in the legendary SNOW BELT region of Western New York!).
They've drastically changed their tactics since I first noticed the spraying four + years ago. I'm sure that they're doing this to avoid all the attention that they were drawing to themselves. Now, instead of massive spraying directly overhead that usually began right around sunrise and continued all day long, (repeating this procedure that sometimes lasted for weeks at a time), they now spray at night over regions just to our west, then as the chemtrails morph into massive chemical clouds, they reach this region around daybreak in the form of a massive, moisture absorbing chemical blanket that covers the entire region. (You can see it SO PLAINLY on the satellite images.)
They still frequently blitz us here during the daytime hours, when, I believe, the weather conditions dictate that they have no other choice, but I have noticed that this nightime spraying over regions to our west has become more to their liking over the past 6-12 months or so. There has DEFINATELY been a change in their tactics over this region during this time period... absolutely no question about it!
I've been watching the effects of this massive spraying on the satellite images and doppler radar in dismay lately, watching our much needed rainstorms simply shrivel up and vanish by the time they reach this region. Between this method and direct overhead spraying, we have been hit really hard here, and this is reflected in the official precipitation data below, supplied by the National Weather Service.

They really raped our skies, and our lungs as well today. I've also noticed a lot of people with bad coughs lately!
Tomorrow they're calling for a "stagnant air advisory" here, and advising anyone with respitory problems to stay inside. They're also calling for heat, and "hazy sun". Whenever our local forecasters call for "hazy sunshine", it virtually ALWAYS means HEAVY SPRAYING. They know what's going on!
No rain in a week here in the Rochester/Western Finger Lakes Region of New York, and, according to the latest data from the National Weather Service, our annual precipitation is now 2.35 inches BELOW NORMAL. Some areas to our south and west are even worse off, updates on these regions will be given.
If anyone were to ask me where that TRILLION AND A HALF dollars went that the Pentagon can't seem to account for, I would say that I have a pretty damn good idea where a very LARGE chunk of that money went... you can see it being sprayed away in the very skies above us virtually every day!

When I first started observing the chemtrails four years ago, the most common tactic that they would use to destroy rainstorms and weather systems was to spray well ahead and in the path of these rain makers, and let the storm systems absorb the moisture destroying chemicals themselves as they moved along and into the path of the spray laid down ahead of them. Back four years or so ago you could ALWAYS tell when a weather system was approaching because of the sudden appearance of virtually hundreds of jets laying down thick, horizon to horizon trails in advance of the storm. They even did this to smaller and isolated thunderstorms. It always reminded me of flies being attracted to a dying animal... the storm would suddenly be swarmed with jets, laying down trails of all kinds and sizes. This has changed, most likely because people were starting to notice the hundreds of trails that were being created to dry up these weather systems. Today, I've noticed, the most common practice is to virtually spray the hell out of the storms directly above them, but NOT ahead of them. This pretty much eliminates the visibility of their trails from the ground, while, apparently, still having the same effect; drying up the rainmaking weather system. This type of spraying can easily be distinguished from the ground as a thick brown/yellowish haze that proceeds the storm by a few miles, and, if you observe closely, you can even see a number of the tankers cutting off their spray a half mile of so ahead of this thick haze which they have created. Also, this is very evident on the satellite images. By their very nature, the tops of rain bearing clouds, observed from above, and especially by satellite, have all sorts of beautiful details when left to their natural state. Unfortunately, the details of most of the rain systems today when observed by the weather satellites, are now hidden by an extremely thick haze. And if you look closely, you can see the expanding CT's, especially in the larger rain systems, embedded within the clouds. And you will also notice that a concerted effort is being made to not spray out ahead of the natural clouds, where the chemtrails can be easily seen from the ground. Spraying ahead of these storms was easily observed on the satellite images a few years ago, but now it is extremely obvious from these images that this method has been replaced be the new one... virtually smothering the rain systems directly, under a thick blanket of chemicals! How sad. They still will, on occasion, spray ahead of weather systems. I believe that this is still being done when the weather conditions, and perhaps the strength of the storms themselves, leave them no other choice but to come out in the open and expose their dirty work. This is still being done, but MUCH LESS than it was four years ago. Now they go ABOVE the weather systems where they can't be seen! Here is a good satellite website that I frequently use, one that you can zoom, somewhat, into the details. If you look carefully at the rain systems on these images, you will see that what I'm saying is true... www.ghcc.msfc.nasa.gov/GOES/

This is interesting... Yesterday I was watching the time-loop doppler radar and satellite images as a series of thunderstorms were being systematically destroyed by a large spraying operation over Southern Louisiana. It was quite fascinating watching this thing progress... the powerful line of thunderstorms developed as they normally do down in these latitudes off the Gulf Coast during this time of the year. The moisture bearing tropical air comes up from the tropics and during the intense heat and humidity of the daytime hours, develops into very strong thunderstorms the likes of which we don't see up here in the northeast very often; thunderstorms with tropical downpours! Anybody who has experienced one of these storms down in southern Louisiana during the summer months knows what I am talking about. But something unusual quickly happened to these storms, as I watched the progression on the satellite loops; thick chemtrails quickly formed above them, and within 45 minutes, the chemtrails quickly formed into a thick chemical blanket that gradually smothered them. As I turned to watch the doppler radar, I could see the powerful thunderstorms quickly breaking up, until, two hours later, they had virtually vanished! Today I came across this disturbing article that was just posted on the CBS news website, and which I've posted below on the following posting... Louisiana is now experiencing the "Drought of the Century". I've been keeping a sharp lookout over this region, and I've noticed that ever since Hurricane Katrina, they have been spraying this region like we would spray a nest of ants... they're literally pouring the chemicals over this region!!! Just check out the drought monitor for this... www.drought.unl.edu/dm/monitor.htmlIf this isn't proof positive that they, and their spraying of chemtrails are causing droughts, I don't know what is! Please read the following article...

The "professionals" are saying that this drought is being caused by persistent "high pressure". I say that it's being caused by the excessive spraying of barium and aluminum oxide into the atmosphere! www.cbsnews.com/stories/2006/06/15/ap/national/mainD8I8LG980.shtmlDrought-Yes, Drought-Plagues Southern La. In cruel climatic irony, drought of the century continues for southern Louisiana NEW ORLEANS, Jun. 15, 2006 (AP) After most of New Orleans sat submerged in water for weeks after Hurricane Katrina, the eight months since Oct. 1 have been the driest southern Louisiana has been during the 111 years that records have been kept, the state climatologist says. Since October, most of the southern half of the state has averaged just 21 inches of rain, down from the usual 40-inch average, climatologist Barry Keim said. The National Weather Service says the rest of June promises more of the same. "We're in what's called extreme drought," Keim said of the state's record-breaking dry spell. "We've really been suffering here, especially since Katrina." Without the once-dependable daily showers, lawns have browned, rice and sugar cane crops are suffering and residents have emptied store shelves of hoses and other irrigation devices. The increase in watering could stress city and parish pumping systems, and officials fear they could break because of ground subsidence caused by the lack of rain. "A tropical storm would do wonders for us right now," Keim said. "A weak one, of course." The forecast for rest of the month calls for little or no rain, said Mike Shields, senior forecaster at the National Weather Service office in Slidell. Shields said there will be a chance for only spotty showers over the weekend. "And then until the end of the month, it looks like the same pattern of high pressure still over us and keeping us dry," he said. Southern Louisiana had been abnormally dry for about five months before the storm made landfall Aug. 29., Keim said. "The drought was interrupted, if you will, by Katrina, and we went back into the drought pattern. Then we got that deluge from Rita. And as soon as that storm left, we went right back into the drought pattern," he said. Normally, humidity rises into the sky, forming a cloud and then rain. But Keim said a stable structure of atmosphere is hanging over the region, preventing the moisture from rising, similar to the atmospheric conditions in normally arid states. "For whatever reason, this dome of upper pressure in the atmosphere seems displaced east by a few hundred miles," Keim said. The National Weather Service predicts that rain in the area will return to normal levels over the next three months. But Keim said such predictions typically can be way off. "We're crossing our fingers," forecaster Tim Destri said. "We can't say for sure, but we see some hope of getting back to the typical summer pattern." ___

A large portion of the precipitation received by the half of the country east of the Mississippi River, including here in the North East as well, is pumped northward, on this "conveyor belt", if you will, on the moist air currents that come up from out of the Gulf of Mexico. I've been noticing, however, with increasing concern, that, over the past several years, they have been disrupting this moisture carrying "conveyor belt" on an ever increasing basis, and on MANY occasions, they have actually even shut it down completly! In many instances when we should have been recieving soaking rains here in Western New York this spring from this moisture source, instead, we have received nothing more that just a few scattered sprinkles at best, and in many instances, not even enough precipitation to settle the dust. And EVERY TIME this has happened, this large area of precipitation is being sucked dry by a thick, hazy blanket of chemicals. And as discussed in more detail in an above posting... this whole process is SO APPARENT when viewed from the time-lapse satellite and doppler radar perspectives!

Yes BigJoe, I think you are right on with that analasys ,they seem to be above the clouds. Some days I can hear the jets even though there is heavy grey cloud cover but never any rain to speak of and we are In the Pacific Northwest for God's sake. The rainy belt and we have gotten these weird mists lately or it will rain just a few drops for about 2 minutes and then stop.Another new thing I have noticed is that when there are big billowy REAL clouds the jets would start up and it would literally PUSH the real clouds away.Until there was just this gummy haze above. chicky

I agree. It's hard to believe our government is INTENTIONALLY doing this to us. They're spraying us with chemical and biological agents and on a regular basis as well, mixed in with lots of cadmium, barium and aluminum oxide, and then bombarding us with ELF radiation, via HAARP, 24/7. Nice people.
They're calling for an 80 percent chance of thunderstorms and a rainy day here tomorrow. They've been wrong SO MANY times lately, even with all of their new high tech gadgets, that I'll believe it when I see it.

Last evening there was a strong, robust line of thunderstorms, associated with an approaching cold front, that stretched from the upper great lakes well down into the deep south, in some places 50-75 miles wide, and LOTS of strong bright reds showing up on the doppler radar, and quite a few severe weather advisories posted along this line. I watched this line of storms overnight, as it was systematically destroyed from south to north, so that by the time that it reached our region, only a small area, embedded with swollen chemtrails, that covered parts of Ohio and Western Pennsylvania, remained. Best estimate is, they destroyed about 90 percent of this rain making weather system in less than 12 hours! It was shrinking, and looking more like swiss cheese, with growing holes in the rain shield, when it finally passed over our region by mid-morning today. The official precipitation data from the National Weather Service at the Greater Rochester International Airport measured only .68 inch. We were a little more fortunate here, as one of the shrinking "red" areas, or "heavier" areas of rain passed directly over us, and I recoreded .89 inch here. The whole thing passed over in about an hour and a half. Not quite the wet, rainy day they were talking about.
Of interest, later in the day another, smaller and more localized band of thunderstorms developed to our west, but within an hour, they had sprayed SO MUCH chemicals over this storm that it was impossible to see it on the satellite images... all you could see was a thick, hazy chemical blanket that was sucking out it's life force and smothering it.
One of our local TV weather personalities commented that the reason this storm "collapsed into itself" was because it had encountered some cold air off of Lake Ontario. Funny, though, the storms were south of Lake Ontario at the time, and were moving North/East, which means that the cold air over Lake Ontario was being blown northeastward, away from these storms, and obviously moving at the same speed and in the same direction as they were. This storm most likely collapsed into itself because of all the weight from all the chemicals they dumped onto it! (I needed a good laugh today!!! ;D ;D ;D) And the sad part of this is, virtually NOBODY takes the time, trouble or effort anymore to look closely at these things for themselves. Much easier to let someone else do your own looking, and thinking, for you.

Yes and I have heard a lot of comments from people saying the goolmy weather had really got them down.Continuous grey skies do eventually get some depressed, I know that it zaps my energy level. I guess the men upstairs figured we needed a break from the grey that never give us rain,as suddenly yesterday we had some sun,Of course the winds were heavy perhaps this is why they gave up. At any rate it was actually nice to see the sun for a bit, although we could definately use the rain too. cheers , chicky

Chicky, two other aspects of the aerosol operations which I find extremely disturbing are the mind control and population reduction programs. Four years ago I thought that this was all absolutely crazy, and anybody that talked about it was a subject for the loony bin! BUT... after spending those past four years doing intensive and exhausting research on every aspect of these programs that I could find, and the reasons for their creation in the first place, I have absolutely no doubts now that these sinister programs are very, very real. If and when they decide to spring this bird flu epidemic on us, it isn't going to come from birds migrating over the Bearing Straits as they are trying to lead us to believe... it's going to come from those massive fleets of unmarked, light gray, and mainly 767 tanker jets flying and spraying chemical, germ and bio warfare agents in the skies right above us. Population control is a major topic that is apparently brought up and discussed at great length, and in great detail at EVERY yearly Bilderberg conference. They actually want to reduce the worlds population by as much as 80-85 percent! That's you and me, and everyone else that we know. And as far as mind control goes, it doesn't take a genius to figure out the potential of HAARP and what it can do with all of those chemicals and metallic salts that we are now breathing, and absorbing into our bodies. When, on occasion, you can actually see those chemical clouds of theirs pulsating overhead, and on a regular basis at EXACT one second intervals, with ELF and other high powered energy waves, one can easily assume that this same energy is reaching us as well right here on the ground! They are actually turning us into human antennas, so that we can "tune in" to their programming. Once again... nice people! A good place to begin educating oneself on this evil is Cliff Carnicom's website. There's a LOT of well researched information here on all of this... www.carnicom.com/conright.htm

Let's take a quick trip down into the deep south and take some precipitation readings. Down in this region, since the passage of Hurricane Katrina, the spraying has been EXTREME, and the expanding drought down there, severe to extreme, mirrors this massive spraying virtually to the date that it started. Funny, one would think that down in this sub-tropical region, where the air, coming up from the tropics, and over the Gulf of Mexico, and normally weighted down with moisture this time of the year... you'd think that this would be one of the last places in the world for an extreme drought. NOT SO!!!... as can obviously be seen from the US Drought Monitor, and the amazing precipitation totals in the data below, supplied to us courtesy of the National Weather Service... www.drought.unl.edu/dm/monitor.htmlMobile, Alabama Normal Precipitation to date.........................................32.50 inches Actual Precipitation for 2006 to date........................... 14.09 inches Precipitation.................................................................18.41 inches BELOW NORMAL New Orleans, Louisiana Normal Precipitation to date.........................................30.69 inches Actual Precipitation for 2006 to date........................... 13.22 inches Precipitation.................................................................17.47 inches BELOW NORMAL Tallahassee, Florida Normal Precipitation to date.........................................29.45 inches Actual Precipitation for 2006 to date........................... 19.04 inches Precipitation................................................................10.41 inches BELOW NORMAL Pensacola, Florida Normal Precipitation to date.........................................28.7 inches Actual Precipitation for 2006 to date........................... 14.23 inches Precipitation.................................................................14.49 inches BELOW NORMAL

colorado.indymedia.org/newswire/display/6965/index.phpCHEMTRAILS CAUSE DROUGHTS By Eric Stewart Other schemes that are drought inducing (by overloading the electrostatic capacity of the atmosphere via chemtrails) are Global Hawk, over the horizon radar, SkyNet, weather modification, HAARP, Star Wars.....G.I.S. FOLKS HAVE THEORIZED THAT LARGE FOREST FIRES ARE GOOD FOR REDUCING GREENHOUSE PRESSURE..THE OTHER OPTION IS 'SMALL SCALE' NUCLEAR WINTER. By electrostatically charging (chemtrail spraying) the air to the capacity required for SkyNet (the medium that the military's global battle command utilizes - the OTH layer), weather modification happens but me thinks that the overall communications security concerns for the defense establishment are primary here, meaning that over-the-horizon (OTH) radar, SkyNet (a prerequisite for pulling off the remotely-controlled Operation Two Towers), enhancing signal strength in some areas (in conjunction with ops) while stifling it in others, electrostatic pulse bombs (the air BECOMES a medium that is volatile) designed to take out your local server are the deciding factors as to what types of climate engineering will happen on a given day. I am sure all of this is ALSO a convenient screen for the testing of biologicals and pharmaceuticals.

www.rense.com/general52/corpt.htmAustralian Chemtrails And Corrupt Scientific Community Commentary By Danny Rosenblum Sydney, Australia 5-11-4 Hi Jeff, We had a wonderful storm coming, I did not see it, but I told my wife in advance that it must be coming, as dozens of planes turned our blue sky to total dirty skies for 2 days in a row, without one bit of blue sky ! Sure enough, the storm came yesterday, but without a drop of rain !!! Same story for at least 4 years !!! Almost everytime that we are expecting a good rain they come and spray the skies about 2 days in advance, and we get instead just a few drops, if any. And all our corrupt scientists are afraid to talk about chemtrails! I went to the people at our local meteoroligical wheather station, pointed to the sky, but they refused to even LOOK up !!! I then told them that, on the spot, I could show them all the information about what was going on right over their heads on their computer which was only about 2 meters away from us when we were talking. But they refused to look at their computer! We have drought in Australia since they started the chemtrail spraying about 4 years ago, and now they have the audacity to blame it on "El Nino" ! Australia used to have a wonderful blue sky most of the year, but, for the last four years we hardly had ANY!!! It is a Taboo to talk about it; fear is gripping the country. Three weeks ago we had a wonderful blue sky day, I mean we had a BLUE whole day. I wanted to take a photo and sent it to you, IT WAS BIG NEWS! Keep up your wonderful website, you provide the most honest information we have in Australia, Thanks, Danny Rosenblum Sydney Australia Here is the latest 'El Nino' excuse story... Scientists Say El Nino Worsening New scientific evidence has shown the El Nino weather condition which causes droughts is becoming more aggressive. Researchers from the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation have found that not only did the most recent El Nino, in 2002, result in less rainfall, it also led to more evaporation. Professor Ann Henderson-Sellers says this has dire implications for consumers, particularly in terms of agriculture and the amount of fresh water available for drinking. "We've recently been able to demonstrate that the current El Nino drought has been different in nature there's been less rainfall as everybody has understood," she said. "But there's also been more evaporation and so the net result of that is that we've had less overall water, really for the first time in recorded history."

Jackie Patru hosts NWO researcher Alan Watt every week on her internet radio program. The latest programs are updated weekly on Alan's website... usually every Thursday or Friday. You can listen to the latest "Sweet Liberty" programs here... www.cuttingthroughthematrix.com/index.htmland the "Sweet Liberty" archives with Alan here... www.cuttingthroughthematrix.com/audio.htmlMy Perspective by Jackie Patru When Water is No More: The Most Serious Drought on Record By Jackie Patru [Quotes from original article]... If I were you I would pass this on to everyone on your list and ask them to forward to their lists. Even your families and friends who don't listen - or 'hear' - your warnings. The more people who know the TRUTH, the more the 'TRUTH SHALL SET US FREE'. This weather is HAARP controlled. (High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program), and possibly/probably has a connection to the aerial spraying all over the skies. There seems to be no normal weather anymore. Notice that whenever it rains it floods. So... we're either in a drought or flood situation. If it's flooding, not to worry. There's always the FEMA Flood Insurance to protect us. The only hook there is that if you lose your home in a HAARP-created flood -- even though you are required by your mortgage-holder to buy the insurance -- in order to have your home replaced you have to agree to relocation. In Pennsylvania there are two bills - one each in the Senate (SB 1230) and House (HB2230)that specifically relates to total control of the water in Pennsylvania. That means TOTAL CONTROL. Although the language does not specify the terms because of its broad and vague terminology, it will including monitoring usage from wells, charging for use from wells and of course heavy penalties for those who don't comply. All the propaganda regarding the growing scarcity of 'fresh water', along with the HAARP controlled droughts will lead state legislators to believe the water bills must be passed. They too will suffer the same rigid controls believing that they are 'protecting the environment and conserving our water'. For city dwellers, expect more and more restrictions on use of water, along with higher prices. UNLESS, we all get busy and get our local and state elected officials educated in a hurry. Otherwise, all the UN mandates - including those of water usage - will be (are being) implemented in our own back yards. Here's a snippet from Scripps Howard News Service, 12-26-01: Private industry's gold rush on for water rights by Joan Lowy "Water will be to the 21st century what oil was to the last - vast fortunes will be made by controlling it and nations will go to war to preserve access to it. In a world in which fresh water is increasingly scarce, that axiom is being taken to heart in the boardrooms of some of the globe's most powerful corporations. In Nearly every corner of the planet, international water conglomerates are vying to sign operating contracts, make deals, buy rights and acquire local water supply and treatment companies. It's a worldwide water rush." The author's assertion that 'nations will go to war to preserve access to' water raises a question: Is she a modern-day prophet?... or does she have access to inside information? Is there another neverendingwar - this one for water - currently on the drawing board?
