Science Researchers: Global Warming Halts Until 2020www.dailytech.com/Researchers+Global+Warming+Halts+Until+2020/article11672.htmNew research indicates no warming for next 15 years.
Previous articles in DailyTech highlighted the views of scientists who believe another Ice Age approaches, the rapid temperature decline in 2007, and the official prediction of the United Nations that the planet will continue cooling in 2008. Now, a team of researchers has predicted that global warming will halt for up to 15 years, as oscillating ocean currents cause the planet to cool slightly.

Oil industry moles at the bottom of the DailyTech site. www.desmogblog.com/the-endocrinologist-the-viscount-of-brenchley-and-the-dc-think-tankSeems that it is the connected to same group that endorses or has endorsed GMO foods, tobacco safety, Global Warming "skepticism", Anti-Woman's Rights, Anti-Gay Rights, eternal war, tax cuts for corporations and rich, and recently, Chertoff's overriding The Constitution. Dailytech is a Right Wing slanted site, and it's connections to Heritage, Cato, and others immediately triggers, "Corporatism" Are we seeing a pattern here? These bogus, Right Wing "sources" being quoted as "experts", are really pathetic. They keep pushing their agenda of a Corporate Feudal culture. Global Warming is real, and it is being accelerated by human activity. The reports from these Right Wing organizations are not serious, and most of these "experts" are not climatologists at all.

We'll find out regardless.
Personally, i believe that the climate is indeed cooling off at this point and the solar activity is at a real low right now.
I think the summer is going to be cooler than average.

the solar activity works in 11 year cycles, and has near nothing to do with CO2 levels. The cooling trend the Right is talking about first isn't exactly true. Land temperatures has lowered slightly last year, but ocean temperatures have risen. The overall planetary temperature still went up. The CO2 levels will remain the same no matter what the sun does, and is actually increasing mainly due to coal and hydrocarbons, as well as deforestation.
