I decided to listen to Alex Jones the other day and transcribed some of his comments below, which I happened to basically agree with. You could just as easily hear very similar words coming from my mouth. I think that it’s sometimes just perceived differently when I say it. When I promote care for the environment and our natural resources this is an example of what I’m talking about. I’m on the side of health and sustenance for all living things and that includes people. I’m not opposed to mankind. I’m opposed to mankind poisoning itself. I also wanted to link Jones’ quote with an excerpt from and article about fluoride which appeared on the Prison Planet website today. www.prisonplanet.com/articles/january2008/011508_fluoride_horror.htm Scientific Study Finds Fluoride Horror Stories Factual
Environmental conservation efforts and real concerns about the purity of our water is a rational position. And below is a very revealing passage from this report. It explains that concerned environmental watchdog groups lobbied to have fluoride added to the government’s list of cancer causing agents. It then goes on to say that skepticism about these dangers soon emerged from a professor who later turned out to be employed by the major corporation known as Colgate, which of course has a vested interest in the use of fluoride. This is yet another example amongst an endless supply where wealth is being placed before health. The environmentalists are not always the bad guys as they’re so often falsely portrayed. This proves it. “Judge the tree by its fruit”, not its label. It’s not the superficial title of the group, company, political party or organization that matters. It’s their stated, and more importantly PROVEN intentions and the overall results of such. I think that if we could always remember that we might find that we have more in common than not.

Fluoride is a mind control substance going back to the Nazis giving it to prisoners in death camps to pacify them. What does that tell you about what they are doing to the American public.

What about bathing in fluoridated water? Is it enough to just avoid drinking it?

Nope. You have to filter it out as it is absorbed through the skin. We bought a shower filter that even filters out lead, as well as chlorine, zinc, and other contaminants. Fortunately for us, Jersey City does not fluoridate its water. I'll get the brand name later for you.

If you eatprocessed foods...you are consuming flouride as well.
The big soda companies are riddled with it as well im sure.
Aspartame & flouride......yummmmmm
Scary when you know soda machines are in almost every high school now.

It’s the soda, fluoride, teflon, cell phones, it’s everything. They’re killing us from every imaginable angle. And that's just the legal stuff.

So what brands of toothpaste are legit?
|
|
|
Post by KNOWTHIS on Jan 21, 2008 4:36:55 GMT -5
They try to fool you with the ingredients labels for toothpaste as well. At first glance I thought that the brands that we use were fluoride free. I was only looking at the “inactive” ingredients though. Then I noticed sodium fluoride listed all by its lonesome in a completely different location on the package as an “active” ingredient. How funny that they’d decide to layout the labeling that way. I wonder if many of my health problems are actually caused by my toothpaste? On top of that I’m very allergic to many substances and I’ve read that you can even have an allergic reaction to fluoride. That’s on top of the well known effects of the poisoning.

I might have to order some of that. I'm guessing that all of the major store chains don't even carry fluoride free? I'm going to check Amazon.

Actually, ive found Tom's of Maine in most chain supermarkets and ive used it since about 1996...unfortunately..before that i used flouride toothpaste. My parents are still convinced that there is nothing wrong with using flouride toothpaste. This mouthwash i use I have to special order. All natural/alcohol free. I had receeding gums untill I started using this... Listerine made my gums dried out and cracked. www.bioprodental.com/PerioClear.htmlI go to a holistic dentist now....and had all my Mercury fillings removed and new composites to replace them. grotondentalwellness.com/

I just talked to my aunt and she said that she used to use 'Tom's'. I'm trying to talk her in to going back to it. I don't even want to put that other shit in my mouth in the meantime. I might re-check the local stores again for fluoride-free. TN is a bit backwards that way. Products that I once took for granted in NY are nowhere to be found. Basic stuff...
A woman on the radio said that her life-long depression was lifted after her mercury fillings were removed. I don't know what kind I have but I could never afford it right now. Funny that you should mention it because I was thinking about that today.
I'll have to look up 'Jason'. I don't recall seeing it at Amazon.

I’ve stopped using fluoridated toothpaste for about three days and I’ve been experiencing strange changes. I’ve been feeling nauseous, like withdrawal symptoms almost. It feels like my body is trying to detoxify itself. I read that fluoride allergies have been linked to ringing of the ears (Tinnitus) which I’ve had all of my life. My gums haven’t been sore since (no "cold sores" in the mouth). I still have headaches but they seem to be slowly subsiding and my head feels clearer overall. It’s still too early to tell whether or not this is going to change my life but I’m off to a great start so far. This is the first time in so many years that I’ve felt halfway decent. Some days I felt so horrible that I wanted to die. I’m so afraid that I’ll relapse back in to my old ways though. If I still feel better and continue to improve two or three weeks from now I’ll know for sure that it was the fluoride. I was even having weird heart palpitations. I literally had a vivid dream recently that I would die of a heart attack. This change could save my life. www.nofluoride.com/

Don't let that happen KT!!! Add massive doses of garlic (non-smelly) and ESPECIALLY Hawthorn Berries in every form possible. It really calms palpitations down. Extracts, powders, teas, and berries themselves. Check your blood pressure regularly and slow up on coffee if you drink, and use green tea instead.

Add this to your diet three times a week.
My Dentist recommended this to me for detoxing/herbal chelation .
The large amounts of Cilantro has amazing abilities to chelate heavy metals and flouride out of the body.
The garlic and onions are also very cleansing.
Good for barium poisoning as well.
i think its delicious.
Potato Cilantro soup
* 4 onions, chopped * 2 garlic cloves, minced * 4 Tablespoons olive oil * 4 potatoes, peeled and chopped * 6 cups vegetable or chicken stock * salt to taste * 1/4 teaspoon cayenne * 3/4 cup chopped cilantro
In a large saucepan, saute the onions and garlic in 3 Tablespoons of oil for 5 minutes, until limp, then add the last Tablespoon of oil and the potatoes and stir-fry for a minute. Add the stock, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes, until the potatoes are mushy. Remove from heat and puree.
Return the soup to the pot, season with salt and cayenne, and stir in the chopped cilantro. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. You can serve the soup cold--or reheat by slowly bringing it to a simmer. Ladle into soup plates and top with a sprinkling of cilantro or chives.
Serve hot or cold.

One mistake i made the first time was to make sure i HELD THE LID DOWN TIGHTLY on the blender when Puree-ing the mixture.

Sort of like when you put too much vegetable pulp in the Norwalk juicer which uses a hydraulic press. The bag has burst and I had Beet, Carrot, Celery, and Spinach all over my chest...... We had to forgo the Soup tonight as we had no potatoes, but will try it on the weekend. We have always like Polish style potato soup, which uses nut milk.

I recommend you shred the cilantro so more of the oils and things will come out in the soup...but..I actually really enjoyed having a few big chunks floating around in the soup...I put more cayenne than the recipie called for...but I like hot stuff...so.
The cilantro alone makes it spicy...along with the garlic.
I might do this soup again actually..because everyone is sick at work right now....mabye it will boost up my immunity somewhat.

A local TN new report on fluoride. This report doesn’t go quite far enough because they’re arguing 'use in moderation' as opposed to all out banning. It's a start though. www.youtube.com/watch?v=rNtTctC_7qc
