I don't have an actual picture of him yet but he looks like something like this. His name is T-bone and he's a 10 month old miniature pincher. He loves people and playing (or bothering) with our cat. The cat seemed unsure about him at first but then relaxed a little. For now the cat's bigger than T.

This is T-Bone.... And in case you're wondering, we don't keep him couped up all day in the kennel. Just when he has to go, and he's not house trained yet.

T-Bone, is he into rapping?
Very cute, KT, and I know that house training is a long process, having two German Shepherds growing up.

Correction. I was wrong. He's actually only three months old.
I'm going to try and take a better picture. For some reason he appears to have an unusually enormous head in that one.
He did good this morning. No mess in the kitchen and he went outside. No leash either. He ran around like a maniac and scared the crap out of the cat who swatted him a good one. That didn't seem to slow him down a bit though. I love this little fella.

Here are some much better pictures of 'T'. I used the flash on the camera this time and not so close-up. It was hard to get him to look at the camera though. He was more concerned with trying to get down from the deck railing. I'll tell you what, for a pup with such short stubby legs, he can really fly.

We have an expandable wooden fence that fits in the doorway to keep T in the kitchen. It looks kind of like this. When I found him yesterday he was literally wearing it in the hallway. He got his head stuck in one of the holes and couldn't get out. He looked like he was trapped in one of those guillotines (luckily without the blade). We put up another one with smaller holes and now he has figured out how to scale it. He can jump just high enough to latch his paws on to the top rail and then he pulls himself up and over. What a determined little shit he is. That's why I like animals so much. I can't think of one person that would go through that much trouble just to see me.

T-Bone more recently. He's fully house-trained now. T-Bone and Jasmine. I took this picture just now. Measuring from the ground to his back, T-Bone is only about 14 inches. He's very strong and fast for his size. He LOVES to jump, especially for treats. I'm about 5' 11". He can actually jump and take a treat out of my mouth. This is 'The Brown Cat'. He was a stray and never really had a name so he was always identified that way and it stuck. He wouldn't open his eyes because of the flash. He has bright blue eyes. He must be part Siamese?

Yep, Jazzie is ours too. We got her from a family that was having trouble with their neighbor. The neighbor threw a stick at Jasmine and broke her tail. She only has a stub now. No one will harm her here. We used to have five animals, three dogs and two cats. Now it’s just the three. I'll miss them when I move back to NY.

How can people be so cruel? It is nice that you and your dad take in rescues. We have 7 birds who are rescues, and they are wonderful creatures. I think they know and appreciate the helping hand.
