Hey J4Tun, don't know much about that group but noticed your signature:
Mass existence is the cause of my problems, gotta choose between suicide and genocide - JG Thirlwell
Remember the Budweiser ads with the lizards? Or maybe you're too young but have seen them on some VH1 show on the 80s or 90s, whenever those friggin lizards ruled the airwaves, but whenever one of the lizards got upset, the other would say, "Let it go Louie."
Any chance you could change your signature? It's creeping me out. Nothing personal. I believe in peace, love, and understanding. The avatar is kind of giving me the willies too, reminds me of that serial killer who painted self-portaits of himself as a clown.
But other than that, WELCOME TO GASTRO!!!!!!!!!

Indeed, thanks for the correction! If I had ended the URL with .com it would have led to your link. And socrates, I vaguely recall the lizards. My quote is from Jim Thirlwell (aka Foetus) and his lyrics are often harsh but excellent. You would have to read all the lyrics to "Cold Day In Hell" to appreciate the context of that line. Thanks for the welcome

Yes, J4TUN, Welcome! I had Horslips first album back in 1971or 1972 I believe. They were a kind of Mott The Hoople sound if I think. There was another less heavy band called Glass Harp at the same time that was similar.

There was another less heavy band called Glass Harp at the same time that was similar. Cool, I'm glad someone else knows about them. Their first album is quite good. A recent friend of mine has relatives in Ireland, and he only got to know about Horslips from visiting and finding their tapes in a record shop. Many years later I was fortunate enough to have him tell me about the band. I'll have to check out Glass Harp.
