What can be said? They changed the world, and the world is a better place for it.
The first thing we all thought when we saw The Beatles in 1963 was "they all have haircuts like Moe of The Three Stooges". Ed Sullivan Show had us all glued to the set. Scott Muni was the first DJ to welcome them to America, and Murray the K was the first to interview them.
My Favorite albums in descending order:
Magical Mystery Tour
Yellow Submarine
Sgt Peppers
Revolver
White Album
Rubber Soul
Abbey Road
Help!
Please Please Me
With The Beatles
Beatles For Sale
Let it Be
As far as my favorite Beatle......
Well, none and all
John....The rawest, most heart felt, political, and radical of them all
George......The best musician of them all
Paul...The best Composer of them all
Ringo......The funniest and a literal machine of a drummer
I analyzed Ringo's rhythm on the computer after sampling, and his beats are literally within a millisecond of each other.....20 years before digital editing
Paul's piano at the end of "Magical Mystery Tour" is so floaty
John's harmonica and voice on "there's a Place" still sends chills down my spine
George's guitar on...well..everything is unmatched

Every Beatle fan I have ever met turned out to be a wonderful person. The Beatles left such an impact on their fans.
I love meeting and talking to young people who love The Beatles. Even some of these younger kids can sense they were something special.
