I was going through the old threads. This is the last/first one. I hit on the link and it says forbidden. On doing a search using swampgas' title, I found the following, Artificial ionospheric mirror composed of a plasma layer which can be tilted author: not jeff gannon Sep 21, 2005 08:05 United States Patent 5,041,834 Koert August 20, 1991 I don't believe in tinfoil theories, but it seems plausible that exotic inventions could be used to direct the weather. Swampgas, do you remember anything about the link, was it a govt. document? The other day clouds did seem to defy physics. I put my observations in the aerosol reports. It was like the clouds were being herded by sheepdogs into blocking the sun. It was an unusual view for me, usually chem spray days look quite similar each time I see them, not that day.

This is an interesting site, lots of facts and a load of food for conspiracy's here,.... www.spotlightonconspiracy.com/Weather%20Modification.htmThey provide a list of U.S. patents numbers for various apparatus meant to affect the upper atmosphere but most of the links lead to a dead end and you will have to do your own patent search based on the numbers that are provided, pain in the ass but some interesting information can be found on some of these old, "OUTDATED" patents, stuff that they were tinkering with back in the 60's, 70's, 80's and even the 90's has probably been replaced by new and improved way's of altering the atmosphere. _______________________________ "Near the day of the Great Purification, there will be cobwebs spun back and forth in the sky." ................................................... This may explain "Hole Punch" clouds and they where doing it back in 1988, WTF ? _____________________________________________________________________ adsabs.harvard.edu/cgi-bin/nph-bib_query?bibcode=1988JGR....93.8696B&db_key=PHY&data_type=HTML&format=&high=452c497ef421486Title: Cross-B convection of artificially created, negative-ion clouds and plasma depressions - Low-speed flow Authors: Bernhardt, Paul A. Affiliation: AA(Los Alamos National Laboratory, NM) Publication: Journal of Geophysical Research (ISSN 0148-0227), vol. 93, Aug. 1, 1988, p. 8696-8704. DOE-NASA-supported research. (JGR Homepage) Publication Date: 08/1988 Category: Geophysics Origin: STI NASA/STI Keywords: ARTIFICIAL CLOUDS, F REGION, GEOMAGNETISM, MAGNETOHYDRODYNAMIC FLOW, NEGATIVE IONS, PLASMA CLOUDS, CROSS FLOW, POSITIVE IONS, TRAVELING IONOSPHERIC DISTURBANCES, WIND VELOCITY Bibliographic Code: 1988JGR....93.8696B Abstract A negative-ion, positive-ion plasma produced by the release of an electron attachment chemical into the F region becomes electrically polarized by collisions with neutrals moving across magnetic field lines. The resulting electric field causes E x B drift of the two ion species and the residual electrons. The cross-field flow of the modified ionosphere is computed using a two-dimensional numerical simulation which includes electron attachment and mutual neutralization chemistry, self-consistent electric fields, and three-species plasma transport. The velocity of the plasma is initially in the direction of the neutral wind because the negative-ion cloud is a Pedersen conductivity enhancement. As the positive and negative ions react, the Pedersen conductivity becomes depressed below the ambient value and the velocity of the plasma reverses direction. A PLASMA HOLE REMAINS after the positive and negative ions have mutually neutralized. The E x B gradient drift instability produces irregularities on the upwind edge of the hole. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Near the day of the Great Purification, there will be cobwebs spun back and forth in the sky." ................................................... Back in 1979 they where creating Artificial Barium Vapor Clouds, what must they be doing now? _______________________________________________ adsabs.harvard.edu/cgi-bin/nph-bib_query?bibcode=1979KosIU..13...55I&db_key=PHY&data_type=HTML&format=&high=452c497ef421486Title:............................. The diffusion coefficient of the neutral barium cloud is determined. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Near the day of the Great Purification, there will be cobwebs spun back and forth in the sky." ................................................... The prolonged existence of large-scale barium ion clouds may be due to low recombination rates and photochemical processes in which barium ions participate, as well as to the fact that the diffusion spread of elongated large-scale artificial ion clouds is mainly determined by slow transverse diffusion of barium ions. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Near the day of the Great Purification, there will be cobwebs spun back and forth in the sky." ...................................................
