George W Bush is operating at the Emotional-Territorial Circuit, but is trying to install "Hive Consciousness" upon the rest of the world. A deadly combination to be sure. The Reptilian Heart does in fact have a basis in neuro-psychology, The "Bio-Survival Circuit". If you study this "Periodic Table of Evolution", it will explain the vast differences between people, and why the "Earthbound" can absolutely not see Bush for what he is, because simply, he is their delegate. Humans, ants, and bees have a lot in common. They all look to a central source of information and commands. The Queen ants/bees and their soldiers. Dubya and Ashcroft. Same brain center, same goal......Collective Unity with no other purpose other than blood line continuum.

I think this is what David Icke means when he says "Reptiles" in human form. It is not shape-shifting aliens, but humans operating with primitive brains. The Bushies have not evolved past Hive Consiousness, and have no vision of the future, except propagating their miserable genes.

What I find curious is the fact that Bush experimented with drugs (Pot), that activated the "Hedonic Passivity Circuit", but proceded no further. Alcohol and Cocaine became the drugs of choice, which activate receptors more concerned with Emotional-Territorial and Laryngeal-Manual reality. Thus the escape into religion and power.

I agree with your description of the circuit level Bush is living in. He is stuck and can't see life as anything more than a battle. Religion is great for that philosophy.
