Conspiracy Theory (Starring Mel Gibson, Patrick Stewart, Julia Roberts) This is a great movie. Illustrates what society thinks of people who believe in "Conspiracy theories" as nuts, kooks, misfits..ad nauseaum. Mel...(as usual) is in true form as the outcast and mind control victim whom the shadow government is trying to track down. Julia Roberts befriends him and finds out how deep the rabbit hole goes. Patrick Stewart (of star trek fame) plays his role well as a minion of the shadow government. Amazing paralells to reality. Must see.

Excellent movie! The MKUltra program was the basis of the movie, and is very much based in reality.

Man, that picture really depicts the issue. Unbelieveable amount of truth in that picture. MKULTRA at its worst or best? It's terrible how they took an enlightening tool like LXD, and messed up the minds of many people. Manipulating them to be killers. Using people like lab rats.

I was very impressed with both Mel Gibson and Julia Roberts. This really stepped outside of their more conservative approach to acting. This was a little before the average public really began to realize how many conspiracies have been going on. Since 1947 the whole world has been involved in this espionage. underground death and destruction. Right under everyones noses.
