Great article! It's true, some natural vegetable oils actually lower cholesterol ! I lowered bad lipids over 30% by switching to good oils and choosing nuts, especially walnuts, and adding avocado oil and olive oil instead of any of the tri-glyceride types! No red meat, either! Maybe once a month a range fed serving of buffalo! Salmon and flaxseed oil are great, too! It's time to test my blood again!
